The foundation of biological system is a conception about the rhythmicity of physiology, influence of external signals (light, food, activity) and the prime mover is situated in suprachiasmatic nucleus. Diseases of desynchrony of circadian and physiological rhythm indicates this pathology.

The theory of «three rhythms» introduced by psychologist Hermann Swoboda, otolaryngologist Wilhelm Fliess (emotional and physical biorhythms – 28 and 23 days) and tutor Friedrich Teltscher (intellectual biorhythms – 33 days) is discussed.According to SWEDEHEART register: the highest risk of ACS is linked to Christmas holidays (1,37, 1,29-1,46, р<0,001),mornings and Mondays, the lowest – during the Easter holidays and sport competitions.

The aim of the study- to study the connection between « theory of biorhythms» and ACS. The investigation was based on designation of levels of percent and absolute emotional (27 days), physical (22 days) and intellectual (32 days) biorhythms during the incidents of ACS (47
patients) which are divided into such groups of diagnoses: ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) ( 41 patient), non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (2 patients), unstable angina (4 patients) and clinical judgement of 41 patients diagnosed STEMI. We used program support “Personal Biorhythms Calculator Pavel Petrov (v1.5.2) ” (freeware) for investigation the theory of biorhythms. According to the investigation – ACS happens in the cases of reduction of emotional constituent element, the most dangerous for ACS is factor which characterize the quantity of deflections with ischemic reaction and injuries of left coronary artery, the sum displacement of ST-segment has the biggest influence on the result of the treatment (Сorvitin/ Elfunat).

In conclusion, acute coronary syndrome connected with reduction of emotional constituent element and the theory of «three rhythms» should be investigated further.
